Our center is easily accessible by car and located just a short drive from the main highway. Once you book your visit, you will receive detailed directions via email to ensure you find us easily. Free parking is available on-site for all visitors.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, absolutely! Our center is a family-friendly environment and perfect for children of all ages. We offer educational activities, safe spaces for exploration, and supervised interactions with our birds to ensure a fun and memorable experience for the whole family.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Closed-toe shoes are strongly advised to ensure safety while walking around the center. Depending on the weather, you may also want to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, we understand that plans can change. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to arrange any changes. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
